Immunocapture RT-PCR Tests for Viruses

Advantages:

1. ACDcap Immunocapture Kit includes 1X8 PCR strips pre-coated with specific antibody, PCR sample extraction buffer, PCR plate washing buffer, positive control, negative control, and instruction.
2. ACDamp Immunocapture RT-PCR Kit includes 1X8 PCR strips pre-coated with specific antibody, PCR sample extraction buffer, PCR plate washing buffer, positive control, negative control, RT-PCR primers, and instruction.
3. ACDcom Complete Immunocapture RT-PCR Kit includes 1X8 PCR strips pre-coated with specific antibody, PCR sample extraction buffer, PCR plate washing buffer, positive control, negative control, RT-PCR primers, Master Mix, Reverse Transcriptase, Taq Polymerase, and instruction.

Assay Procedure:

1. Grind sample in PCR sample extraction buffer.
2. Dispense the ground sample into the tube of 1x8 PCR strip.
3. Prepare and add positive/negative controls into the control tube.
4. Incubate the plate for 2 hours at room temperature, or overnight at refrigerator.
5. Wash the PCR plate with PCR washing buffer.
6. Prepare and add the primers to master mix.
7. Add the master mix with enzymes into all of the PCR tubes.
8. Perform RT-PCR cycling.
