Background on Food Hormone
Hormones are chemical information substances synthesized by highly differentiated endocrine cells and directly secreted into the blood. They affect the physiological activities of the human body by regulating the metabolic activities of various tissue cells. There are two main types of hormones in food: protein hormones and steroid hormones. Foods containing more high fat and high nutrients such as fried foods, high-fat meats, animal offal, etc. Nuts, fruits, beans, honey, etc., which contain more steroids, are hormonal foods. In addition, chickens, ducks, fish, pigs, etc. currently fed with certain feeds are all hormone foods.
