Description:

Aflatoxins are toxic and carcinogenic. They are metabolites of the fungi Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. There are four principle types of aflatoxin: B1, B2, G1 and G2, which are named for their respective innate fluorescent properties. Aflatoxins can be found mainly in cereals, nuts, cottonseed and human blood. Aflatoxin M1is metabolite of aflatoxin B1, usually found in milk.

Intended Use:

Total Aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2, M1, M2) Immunoaffinity Columnwith HPLC is a quantitative method for the detection of Aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) in samples like gains, nuts, feed, etc. Samples are purified by the Column before quantititated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
Immunoaffinity Column with HPLC can improve signal-noise ratio (SNR) and increase the accuracy of the detection results.
