Description:

T-2Toxin is mycotoxin produced by several Fusarium species. Food crops as wheat, barely, corn, and their products are mainly contaminated. HT-2 is the metabolite of T-2, both of them threat for human health and animal husbandry. T-2/HT-2 Toxin primarily affects the blood, liver, kidneys, pancreas, muscles and function of the lymphocyte. The general symptoms of T-2/HT-2 Toxin poisoning are anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea, growth retardation, reproduction and neurological dysfunction.

Intended Use:

T-2/HT-2 Toxin Immunoaffinity Column with HPLC is a quantitative method for the detection of T-2/HT-2 Toxin in samples like gains, nuts, feed, etc. Samples are purified by the Column before quantititated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
Immunoaffinity Column with HPLC can improve signal-noise ratio (SNR) and increase the accuracy of the detection results.
