Detection Principle:
This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Sulfamethoxydiazine in the sample.
Introduction:
Sulfamethozydiazine (SMD), sulfamonomethoxine (SMM), Sulfadiazine (SD), Sulfamerazine (SM1), Sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) and Sulfathiazole (ST) are sulfonamide based antibiotic.
Kit Contents:
1. Micro-well coated strip plate(12 strips with 8 removable wells each).
2. 6x standard solution (1 ml each):0.0 ppb, 0.5 ppb, 1.5 ppb, 4.5 ppb, 13.5 ppb, 40.5 ppb.
3. Enzyme conjugate (12 mL).
