Real-Time PCR kits detect allergens DNA and were validated following the norm UNI-EN 15634-1:2016. This kit specifically quantifies traces of SOY and the multicopy design enables a sensitivity below 0,5 mg/kg with no cross-reactivity towards the typical ingredients used in food industry. The best results in allergen detection can be achieved by extracting the DNA from any food and feed with ION-forCE DNA Extractor (EXD001).
