This test system reacted with all SLV isolatestested. Reaction of the ELISA is very strong. Optical Density at 405nm is in a range of 1.400 - 3.000 depending on the virus titer in thesamples tested.

Sensitivity:

Sensitivity of the ELISA is very high. Thevirus can be consistently detected in infected plant leaf tissues diluted at1:2430.

Rabbit polyclonal antibody for both capture anddetection.

Specificity:

There is no cross reaction with healthy planttissues. Background is low on the negative control wells.
