Detection Principle:

This product is used to detect quinolones in tissue samples (fish, shrimp, crab meat, livestock and poultry meat). After the sample solution is dropped into the sample hole of the test card, the quinolone drugs (Fluoroquinolones, QNs) in the sample solution are combined with the gold-labeled antibody, thereby preventing the gold-labeled antibody from binding to the quinolone drug conjugate on the cellulose membrane. The result is judged by the comparison of the strength of the color.
