Reactivity:

This test system reacted with apanel of potyviruses. Reaction of the ELISA is strong. OpticalDensity at 405nm is in a range of 0.800 - 3.000 depending on the viruses and virus titer in the samples tested.

Sensitivity:

Sensitivity of the ELISA is high. Thevirus can be consistently detected in infected plant leaf tissues diluted at 1:270 - 1:2430.

A monoclonal antibody for detection in the Indirect ELISA Format.

Specificity:

This test does not cross react with other viruses tested. There is no cross reaction with healthy planttissues. Background is very low on all of the negative control wells.
