Detection Principle:

This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Olaquindox in the sample.

Introduction:

Olaquindox is a quinoxaline 1,4-dioxide. Its chemical formula is C₁₂H₁₃N₃O₄ and its molecular weight is 263.249 g/mol. Quinoxaline is also called benzopyrazine a heterocyclic compound containing a benzene ring and a pyrazine ring. Quinoxalines are used as dyes, and as antibiotics such as echinomycin, neomycin and actinoleutin.

2. 6x standard solution (1 ml each):0 ppb, 1 ppb, 3 ppb, 9 ppb, 27 ppb, 81 ppb.
