This test system reacted with all of the isolates ofORSV tested. Reaction of the ELISA is super strong. Optical Densityat 405nm is in a range of 2.600 - >3.000 depending on the virus titer in the samples tested.

Sensitivity of the ELISA issuper high. The virus can be consistentlydetected in infected plant tissues diluted at 1:2430 - 1:7290.

Rabbit polyclonal antibody for both capture anddetection.

Specificity:

There is no cross reaction found with healthyorchid plant tissues. Background is low on all of the negative controlwells.
