Fumonisinis a mycotoxin derived from Fusarium, which occur mainly in maize (corn), wheat and other cereals. Fumonisin contamination of maize has been reported worldwide at mg/kg levels. Human exposure occurs at levels of micrograms to milligrams per day and is greatest in regions where maize products are the dietary staple.

Fumonisins Immunoaffinity Column with HPLC is a quantitative method for the detection of Fumonisinsin samples like gains, nuts, feed, etc. Samples are purified by the Column before quantititated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Immunoaffinity Column with HPLC can improve signal-noise ratio (SNR) and increase the accuracy of the detection results.
