Detection Principle:

The kit is a competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. Sample is added to sample hole, if there is Beta^-lactam⁺Tetracycline⁺Chlorampenicol⁺Streptomycin (Dairy Quadrobiotic BTCStrep) in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, preventing the marked antibodies from combining the (Dairy Quadrobiotic BTCStrep) antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.

Beta^-lactam⁺Tetracycline⁺Chlorampenicol⁺Streptomycin (Dairy QuadroBiotic BTCStrep: Penicillin G, Cefquinome, Ampicillin, Cefacetrile, Amoxicillin, Cefalonium, Oxacillin, Cefazolin, Cloxacillin, Cefoperazone, Dicloxacillin, Cephapirin, Nafcillin, Ceftiofur, Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Oxytetracycline, Chlortetracycline, Streptomycin, Dihydrostrptomycinin, Chloramphenicol in raw commingled cow milk above or below tolerance and/or safe levels.
