This ELISA reacted with all Ea isolates tested. Reaction of the ELISA is strong. Optical Density at 405nm isin a range of 1.000 - 2.800 depending on the bacterial titers in thesamples tested.

Sensitivity of the ELISA is high. Thebacterium can be consistently detected in infected plant tissues diluted at1:810.

A rabbit polyclonal antibody for capture and a monoclonal antibody for detection.

Specificity:

Thereis no cross reaction with healthy plant tissues. Background is very low onall of the negative control wells.
