This test system reacted with all virus isolatestested. Reaction of the ELISA is relatively strong. Optical Density at 405nm is in a range of 1.400 - 2.400 depending on the virus titer in the samples tested.

Sensitivity:

Sensitivity of the ELISA is relatively high. The virus can be consistentlydetected in infected plant tissues diluted at 1:810.

Rabbit polyclonal antibody for both capture anddetection.

Specificity:

There is no obvious crossreaction with healthy chrysanthemum plant tissues. Background ismoderately low on thenegative control wells.
