Description:
The kit is a competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. Sample is added to sample hole, if there is β‐lactams & Tetracycline’s (BTC) in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, preventing the marked antibodies from combining the (BTC) antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.
Detection Principle:
The test strip is used for detecting detecting β‐lactams group & Tetracyclines group (BTC): penicillin G, ampicillin, amoxicillin, oxacillin, cloxacillin, dicloxacillin, nafcillin, cefquinome, cefacetrile, cefalonium, cefazolin, cefoperazone, cephapirin, ceftiofur, and Tetracycline, Doxycycline, Oxytetracycline, Chlortetracycline in raw commingled cow milk above or below tolerance and/or safe levels.
