Detection Principle:

The kit is a competitive colloidal gold immunoassay method. Sample is added to sample hole, if there is ß‐lactam (BLQ) in samples, it will combine with marked antibodies, preventing the marked antibodies from combining the (BLQ) antigens of NC nitrocellulose membrane.

Intended Use:

The test strip is used for detecting β‐lactam family: penicillin G, ampicillin, amoxicillin, oxacillin, cloxacillin, dicloxacillin, nafcillin, cefquinome, cefacetrile, cefalonium, cefazolin, cefoperazone, cephapirin, ceftiofur in raw commingled cow milk above or below tolerance and/or safe levels.
