This test system reacted with all BNYVV isolatestested. Reaction of the ELISA is very strong. Optical Density at 405nm is in a range of 1.480 - >3.000 depending on the virus titer inthe samples tested.
Sensitivity:
Sensitivity of the ELISA is very high. Thevirus can be consistently detected in infected plant leaf tissues diluted at 1:2430.

A rabbit polyclonal antibody for capture and amixture of three monoclonal antibodies for detection.
Specificity:
There is no cross reaction with healthy beet planttissues. Background is very low on all of the negative control wells.
