This ELISA detects all strains known as applemosaic or rose mosaic tested. Reaction of the ELISA is moderately strong. Optical Density at 405nmis in arrange of 0.600 - 1.400 depending on the virus titer in the samples tested. For obtaining good test result, special attention should be given to the grinding and extraction of the sample.
