Detection Principle:

The test kit detects aflatoxin M1 based on an indirect competitive enzyme immunoassay. The coupled antigen is pre-coated on the microwell strip. The aflatoxin M1 in the sample competes with the conjugated antigen previously coated on the microwell strip against the aflatoxin M1 antibody. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, a TMB substrate was added for coloration. The optical density (OD) value of the sample is inversely related to aflatoxin M1 in the sample. This value was compared to a standard curve, followed by an aflatoxin M1 residue.
